Terms of use
Important: This is a draft for the private preview. It must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer, and the bracketed details filled in, before the site opens to the public.
These terms are between you and Dayf ("we"). By creating an account or using Relay you agree to them.
1. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person; a company can hold several.
2. Your licence
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Relay on the number of PCs your plan allows, for the plan's term. You may not share keys, resell Relay, remove its licence checks or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
3. Trials, plans and payment
New accounts get a 30-day trial of the Paid plan, after which the account moves to the Free plan unless upgraded. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions: each paid month extends your licence key by a month, and the subscription renews until you cancel. If you cancel, the licence runs to the end of the month you paid for, then moves to Free. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with [30 days'] notice. [Refund terms.]
4. AI providers
Relay uses AI services you choose and pay for under your own agreement with them. We aren't responsible for those services, their availability or their terms.
5. You stay in control
Relay drafts replies and proposes changes; you decide what is sent or done. You're responsible for reviewing and approving its output, and for having the right to process the email and data you connect to it.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Relay to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, or process data you aren't allowed to.
7. Our responsibility
Relay is provided [as is] during the preview. AI output can be wrong. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to [the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim], and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
8. Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms. On expiry or termination, Relay moves to the Free plan or stops validating paid keys; your data on your PC is yours and isn't deleted by us.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction.
