Prices are per Relay installation (one PC, one company workspace), not per user, and exclude any tax. You pay your AI provider separately, or use a local AI. Every account starts with 30 days of Paid. After that Relay moves to Free unless you upgrade. Nothing is deleted.

Questions
What happens when the trial ends?
Relay moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted. Extra agents pause and their email goes to your main agent, scheduled reports pause with a notice, and work already in progress finishes. Upgrade any time and everything picks up again.
How does the Paid plan work?
It's a monthly subscription with a licence key. Each month you pay, your key runs for another month, and Relay picks up the renewal by itself. Cancel any time: Relay keeps Paid until the end of the month you paid for, then moves to Free. Paying yearly costs the same as 10 months.
Is it priced per user?
No. You pay per Relay installation. Relay runs on one PC and serves your whole company from there, so everyone who emails it is covered. A second PC needs a second licence.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. Create an account, download Relay and paste your licence key.
What does the AI cost?
You use your own key from an AI provider and pay them directly at their prices, or run a local model at no per-use cost. Our guide to AI keys links to each provider's pricing.
Does Relay work without internet?
Relay needs internet to reach your mailbox and a cloud AI. The licence itself is checked offline, with a quick online check about once a week. If that check can't run, Relay keeps working for 14 days.
What's included in Implementation?
We run the setup with you: your business profile, agents, skills and knowledge files, connections to your mailboxes and tools, and a shadow week where Relay drafts but your team decides. Then we look after it with support and updates. Tell us about your business.

Not yet. Relay is a Windows 10 and 11 desktop app.
